Turn your freeze-dried blueberries into powder using your blender or food processor.

Dump your oats, protein powder, blueberry powder, and seeds into a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together your applesauce or banana, cream cheese, and your chosen sweetener.

Pour your wet mixture into the dry bowl and stir until mixed.
