14 - Handful of fresh blueberries

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Turn your freeze-dried blueberries into powder using your blender or food processor.
02 - Dump your oats, protein powder, blueberry powder, and seeds into a bowl.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix together your applesauce or banana, cream cheese, and your chosen sweetener.
04 - Pour your wet mixture into the dry bowl and stir until mixed.
05 - Carefully stir in your thawed blueberries without crushing them too much.
06 - If it feels too stiff, splash in a bit of milk until you can roll it easily.
07 - Make small balls with the mixture and put them on a plate lined with parchment.
08 - Mix the soft cream cheese, milk, vanilla, and sugar until it's nice and smooth.
09 - Stick the bites in your fridge for at least half an hour to get firm.
10 - Pour your glaze over the chilled bites and stick fresh blueberries on top.
11 - Pop them back in the fridge for about 10 minutes if you want the glaze to harden.
12 - Keep them cold and munch on them whenever you need a tasty, healthy snack!

# Additional Notes:

01 - Vanilla protein powder really brings out that cheesecake taste you're looking for.
02 - Using freeze-dried blueberries gives you bright color and strong flavor without making things wet.
03 - Make sure to drain those frozen blueberries well or your bites will turn mushy.
04 - Want it sweeter or less sweet? Just play with how much honey or syrup you add.
05 - They'll stay good in the fridge for 5 days in a sealed container, or freeze them for up to 2 months.
