01 -
Let it sit to cool a bit, then cut it up and dig in while it's still nice and warm.
02 -
Pop it into your oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Take it out when the cheese looks gooey and the edges turn golden.
03 -
Layer the scrambled eggs all over the sausage gravy. Add plenty of shredded cheese right on top.
04 -
Spray your big pan, turn up to medium-high. Beat eggs and 1/4 cup of milk, pour into the heated pan. Stir gently until the eggs just come together, about 5 minutes, then pull off the heat.
05 -
Slather half the sausage gravy you made over your pizza crust, spreading it out evenly.
06 -
Get your oven hot—400°F (200°C). Put the crust on a baking sheet, brush on some olive oil if that's your thing.
07 -
Toss flour over the cooked sausage and stir it all in. Slowly add 2 cups of milk as you keep mixing so you skip any lumps. Let it keep cooking and give it a stir here and there. When it thickens up after about 10 minutes, sprinkle pepper, taste, then set aside.
08 -
Put a big pan on medium. Throw in your sausage, break it up, and cook while stirring until the meat is all brown—should take 5 to 7 minutes. Dump out the extra fat.
