Cover your baking pan with parchment paper and turn the oven on at 190°C.

Toss beef, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder into your bowl. Squish together with your hands, then split them evenly to form four burgers.

Place your patties on that lined sheet and bake in the oven for around 15 minutes.

Cook those beef bacon slices in a skillet on medium heat until they're crispy. Let them cool off on a paper towel.

Once the burgers have cooked for 15 minutes, add pineapple rings to the tray. Keep baking both for 5 more minutes.

Smother your buns with barbecue sauce. Toss on lettuce first, stack the hot patty next, add your crispy bacon, warm pineapple, and finish with onion. Take a big bite while it's still hot.
