Juicy oven burgers piled high with pineapple, bacon strips, and sweet BBQ sauce. Each bite is saucy, smoky, and totally satisfying.

# What You'll Need:

→ Beef Mix

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
03 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Assembly & Extras

05 - 4 pineapple slices
06 - 4 slices beef bacon
07 - 4 burger buns
08 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
09 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
10 - 60 ml barbecue sauce

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Cover your baking pan with parchment paper and turn the oven on at 190°C.
02 - Toss beef, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder into your bowl. Squish together with your hands, then split them evenly to form four burgers.
03 - Place your patties on that lined sheet and bake in the oven for around 15 minutes.
04 - Cook those beef bacon slices in a skillet on medium heat until they're crispy. Let them cool off on a paper towel.
05 - Once the burgers have cooked for 15 minutes, add pineapple rings to the tray. Keep baking both for 5 more minutes.
06 - Smother your buns with barbecue sauce. Toss on lettuce first, stack the hot patty next, add your crispy bacon, warm pineapple, and finish with onion. Take a big bite while it's still hot.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Try brushing the buns with a little butter and toasting them until just lightly brown so your burger's even better.
