Dump the chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan into a big bowl. Stir it up till everything looks pretty even.

Layer about 120 grams of that cheesy chicken mix in the middle of a tortilla. Fold it from the ends, roll it up tight like a burrito. Do the same for the rest.

Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl. Give it a good stir.

Heat up a skillet on medium. Slather garlic butter on your wraps. Put them seam side down in the pan. Cook till both sides are crispy and brown, about 2–3 minutes each.

Flip the oven on to 190°C. Brush garlic butter over the wraps and put them, seam side down, on parchment-lined sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway so they crisp up all over.

Dig in while they’re still hot. Any dip you like—think ranch, marinara, or a punchy garlic sauce—goes great on the side.
