Garlic Chicken Wraps (Printable Version)

These crispy wraps are filled to the brim with gooey cheese, chicken, and garlicky butter. Perfect for dunking or snacking!

# What You'll Need:

→ For the Wraps

01 - 4 large flour tortillas
02 - 20 grams grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 110 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 480 grams cooked chicken breast, chopped or pulled

→ For the Garlic Butter

06 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
07 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped small
08 - 45 grams unsalted butter, melted down

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Dump the chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan into a big bowl. Stir it up till everything looks pretty even.
02 - Layer about 120 grams of that cheesy chicken mix in the middle of a tortilla. Fold it from the ends, roll it up tight like a burrito. Do the same for the rest.
03 - Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl. Give it a good stir.
04 - Heat up a skillet on medium. Slather garlic butter on your wraps. Put them seam side down in the pan. Cook till both sides are crispy and brown, about 2–3 minutes each.
05 - Flip the oven on to 190°C. Brush garlic butter over the wraps and put them, seam side down, on parchment-lined sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway so they crisp up all over.
06 - Dig in while they’re still hot. Any dip you like—think ranch, marinara, or a punchy garlic sauce—goes great on the side.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Roll your wraps tight so the insides stay put while they cook.
02 - If you want extra kick, toss in a little chili flake or some ground black pepper.
