Get your oven going at 375°F. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with butter or pop in paper liners.

Grab a big bowl and beat the eggs with milk until smooth.

Toss in your hash browns, about 3/4 cup cheese, the bacon bits, green onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir it all up.

Scoop the mixture evenly into each muffin spot.

Scatter the leftover cheese across the top of each cup.

Stick in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they're firm and golden on top.

Leave them in the pan for 5 minutes before taking out. Eat them hot or keep in a sealed container in your fridge up to 5 days.
