Chicken Bacon Ranch (Printable Version)

Cheddar, bacon, chicken, and broccoli get all gooey and delicious in foil packs, locking in that ranch taste and leaving barely any mess to deal with after.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 g chicken breast, cut into small pieces, boneless and skinless
02 - 1 Ranch seasoning packet (about 28 g)
03 - 4 cooked beef bacon strips
04 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
05 - 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 4 cups (around 300 g) broccoli florets

→ Other

07 - 4 sheets aluminum foil, each roughly 38 cm long

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Flip the oven to 180°C and give it a chance to heat.
02 - Grab your chicken chunks, half the Ranch, and olive oil. Toss them together so they’re totally mixed up.
03 - Put the four foil sheets flat on your work space.
04 - Drop a cup of your broccoli in the middle of every foil square. Pour on extra Ranch if you’re in the mood.
05 - Spoon that herbed-up chicken over the broccoli on each foil sheet.
06 - Sprinkle 25 g cheese onto each pile then crumble a piece of bacon over everything.
07 - Fold up those foil sheets over your stacks. Crimp the edges good so nothing leaks.
08 - Put the foil packs seam-side up on a tray. Bake about 25–30 minutes till chicken’s done and cheese is nice and melty.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Letting chicken chill with the seasoning for 20 minutes before everything else can really make it taste awesome.
