Scoop half the mashed avocado onto each plate. Pile half the tuna mix on top of that and spoon on plenty of pico de gallo. Do the same for the next plate.

Take the avocado, peel it, pop out the pit, and cut it into pieces. Toss the chunks into another bowl, squeeze in the rest of your lime juice, and mash them up until they're mostly smooth but still a little chunky. Sprinkle on some salt.

Toss the drained tuna, mayo, cilantro, half the lime juice, and a dash of salt into a bowl. Mix everything up so it’s blended together. Taste and toss in extra salt if you need.
