01 - Butter, just enough for frying
02 - 0.25 cup chopped fresh coriander
03 - 1 green chilli, diced
04 - 10 cheese slices
05 - 2 soft avocados
06 - 0.5 lime, squeezed
07 - 10 sandwich bread slices
08 - Pinch of salt for taste

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Slice the avocados, take the pits out, and scoop the insides into a food processor. Toss in the coriander, chilli, a squeeze of lime, and a bit of salt. Run the processor until it's all blended and creamy.
02 - Grab your bread and lay it out. Smear some of the avocado mix over a cheese slice, set it on a piece of bread, top with another cheese slice, and put another slice of bread on top. That’s your sandwich.
03 - Butter the pan and get it nice and hot on low-medium. Drop in the sandwiches, pop a lid on, and cook till the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
04 - Add more butter if you need. Flip the sandwiches, press down gently, and let the other side get just as crisp and golden.
05 - When both sides look perfect, take them out of the pan. Grab a serrated knife to cut each sandwich in two. Enjoy while they’re still warm.
