Joy Almond Balls (Printable Version)

A tasty mix of chocolate, almond and coconut in small, nutritious bites.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup regular rolled oats
02 - 1/2 cup coconut flakes
03 - 2 tablespoons plain cocoa powder
04 - 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
05 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
06 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
07 - 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
08 - 1/4 cup honey
09 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor
10 - 2 tablespoons crushed almonds
11 - 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Dump oats, coconut flakes, cocoa powder, flaxseed, chia seeds, salt, almond butter, honey, and vanilla into your stand mixer bowl. Run it on low with the beater until everything's mixed together. Don't forget to wipe down the sides if stuff sticks there.
02 - Toss in the crushed almonds and chocolate chips and give it a good stir.
03 - Take small scoops (about 1-2 tablespoons) and roll them into little balls with your hands. Store them in a sealed container in your fridge. They'll stay good for up to 2 weeks.
