Steak Air Fryer Garlic Butter (Printable Version)

Quickly air fry striploin, then top with garlic butter for a juicy, easy meal even when you're short on time.

# What You'll Need:

→ Steak

01 - Black pepper, as much as you like
02 - Salt, as much as you want
03 - 1 tablespoon canola oil
04 - 2 striploin steaks, about 1 inch thick

→ Garlic Butter

05 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped up
06 - 1 clove garlic, really finely chopped
07 - 2 tablespoons salted butter, nice and soft

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Once the steaks are ready, move them to a plate. Let them chill out for 5 to 10 minutes, then drop a scoop of garlic butter on top before digging in.
02 - Mix the soft butter, chopped garlic, and parsley together in a little bowl while the steaks are cooking.
03 - Set your steaks flat in the air fryer basket. Medium-rare takes 10 minutes, medium needs 12, and for medium-well, give it up to 14 minutes, depending on how you like it.
04 - Coat all sides of each steak with canola oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over.
05 - Turn on your air fryer at 400°F and give it 5 to 10 minutes to heat up.
06 - Let your steaks hang out at room temp for 10 to 15 minutes. If there’s too much fat, trim it now if you want to.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Cook times can change if your steaks are thicker or thinner, or if you want a different doneness.
02 - If you want to get the doneness just right, grab a meat thermometer and check inside.
03 - Want more flavor in your garlic butter? Fresh thyme or rosemary does the trick.
