Once the steaks are ready, move them to a plate. Let them chill out for 5 to 10 minutes, then drop a scoop of garlic butter on top before digging in.

Mix the soft butter, chopped garlic, and parsley together in a little bowl while the steaks are cooking.

Set your steaks flat in the air fryer basket. Medium-rare takes 10 minutes, medium needs 12, and for medium-well, give it up to 14 minutes, depending on how you like it.

Coat all sides of each steak with canola oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over.

Turn on your air fryer at 400°F and give it 5 to 10 minutes to heat up.

Let your steaks hang out at room temp for 10 to 15 minutes. If there’s too much fat, trim it now if you want to.
