Air Fryer Potatoes (Printable Version)

Garlicky potato slices air-fried to crunchy perfection, tossed with herbs for an easy snack or side.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic granules
05 - 4 large potatoes

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pop those crispy golden rounds on a dish and dig in right away as an easy snack or a quick side.
02 - Lay the potato circles in your air fryer basket in one layer so they don't pile up. Set the air fryer for 18 minutes at 200°C (390°F) and shake things around halfway so they all get crispy. Toss them in for 2 more minutes if you want them crunchier.
03 - Mix the potato slices in a bowl with salt, garlic granules, olive oil, and those dried herbs. Give it a good toss so every slice gets some love.
04 - As you slice up the potatoes, toss them in a bowl of water so some of the starch rinses out. After you're done, drain them and blot them really well with a towel or kitchen paper until they're totally dry.
05 - Give the potatoes a good rinse and slice them into rounds about a half-centimeter thick.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Patting the potatoes dry before you coat them makes sure they turn out nice and crispy in the air fryer.
