Lay the potato circles in your air fryer basket in one layer so they don't pile up. Set the air fryer for 18 minutes at 200°C (390°F) and shake things around halfway so they all get crispy. Toss them in for 2 more minutes if you want them crunchier.

Mix the potato slices in a bowl with salt, garlic granules, olive oil, and those dried herbs. Give it a good toss so every slice gets some love.

As you slice up the potatoes, toss them in a bowl of water so some of the starch rinses out. After you're done, drain them and blot them really well with a towel or kitchen paper until they're totally dry.

Give the potatoes a good rinse and slice them into rounds about a half-centimeter thick.
