Toss the cream cheese, grated cheese, chopped green onions, some garlic powder, salt, and a bit of sriracha (if that's your jam) in a bowl. Stir everything up with a spoon or use a hand mixer if you want it really smooth.

Chop just the tops off your little peppers, then cut them the long way. Scoop out those seeds.

Pour some avocado oil on the sliced peppers. Toss them around with your hands so they're all a little shiny.

Take your filling and pack it right into each half of pepper. Don’t be stingy!

Lay the stuffed peppers out in one layer inside your air fryer basket. Let them bake at 360°F (or 182°C) for 8 minutes. If you've got more peppers, just repeat until they're all done.

When they’re done, carefully pull the hot peppers from the air fryer and put them on a plate. Enjoy while they’re still warm.
