Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers (Printable Version)

Crunchy mini peppers with creamy cheesy centers cooked fast in your air fryer for an easy, crowd-approved snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
02 - 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
03 - 2 stalks of green onion, chopped tiny
04 - A block of cream cheese, 8 ounces, let it get soft on the counter
05 - 1 teaspoon sriracha, if you want some heat
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Peppers

07 - 2 teaspoons of avocado oil
08 - 1 pack mini sweet peppers (grab 14), sliced in half with the seeds taken out

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Toss the cream cheese, grated cheese, chopped green onions, some garlic powder, salt, and a bit of sriracha (if that's your jam) in a bowl. Stir everything up with a spoon or use a hand mixer if you want it really smooth.
02 - Chop just the tops off your little peppers, then cut them the long way. Scoop out those seeds.
03 - Pour some avocado oil on the sliced peppers. Toss them around with your hands so they're all a little shiny.
04 - Take your filling and pack it right into each half of pepper. Don’t be stingy!
05 - Lay the stuffed peppers out in one layer inside your air fryer basket. Let them bake at 360°F (or 182°C) for 8 minutes. If you've got more peppers, just repeat until they're all done.
06 - When they’re done, carefully pull the hot peppers from the air fryer and put them on a plate. Enjoy while they’re still warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Letting cream cheese warm up on the counter makes it much easier to mix and helps everything come together nice and creamy.
