Cheeseburger Wraps Air Fryer (Printable Version)

Golden tortillas stuffed with cheesy ground beef, zippy pickles, and special sauce. You’ll be munching in just 20 minutes.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 4 big flour tortillas (about 25 cm each)
02 - Shake on salt, pepper, and garlic powder the way you like
03 - 450 g ground beef, 80/20 is best

→ Fillings & Condiments

04 - 4 slices American cheese
05 - 16 slices dill pickles
06 - 4 tablespoons ketchup
07 - 4 tablespoons mayo

→ Finishing Touch

08 - 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Brush on a little more melted butter as soon as they're out of the air fryer. Wait a couple minutes before digging in.
02 - Get your air fryer hot at 193°C. Dab the tops of each wrap with melted butter. Lay them seam-side down in the basket, leaving some room. Let them cook about 5 minutes till crispy and golden.
03 - Fold in the sides, then roll everything up from the bottom, tucking as you roll. Put the wraps seam-side down on a plate so they stay put.
04 - On each warm tortilla, spread a tablespoon of ketchup and mayo in the middle, with space around the edge. Lay 4 pickle slices in a row, add a slice of cheese, then pile on about 120 g of beef.
05 - Put all your tortillas on a microwaveable plate, set a damp paper towel on top. Microwave them for 20 to 25 seconds so they're bendy.
06 - Fire up a big skillet at medium heat. Toss in the ground beef, break it up with your spatula, and season with your spices. Let it cook, stirring now and then, till it's nice and brown all over, about 8–10 minutes. Tip off any extra fat and let it cool a bit.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Let the beef sit and cool for a minute or two before putting the wraps together. That keeps tortillas from turning mushy.
