Right after cooking, toss on that last bit of parmesan. Get them onto the table while they’re piping hot.

Give the basket a good shake to mix things around. Keep cooking for another 7 to 10 minutes till you see some crispy golden edges and they’re nice and soft inside.

Dump the brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket. Let them cook for seven minutes.

Get your air fryer going at 175°C for a couple of minutes to warm it up.

In a big bowl, add the halved brussels sprouts. Pour in some oil, sprinkle garlic and onion powders, salt, pepper, and two tablespoons of parmesan. Mix it up so every sprout gets coated.

Clean up the brussels sprouts, chop off the stems, slice them in half, and dry with a towel so they get nice and crispy.
