Brussels Parmesan Air Fryer (Printable Version)

Brussels sprouts cut in half get super crispy with parmesan and garlic in the air fryer for an easy, yummy veggie side.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cheese

01 - 3 tbsp parmesan, finely grated

→ Seasonings

02 - 0.25 tsp salt
03 - 0.5 tsp ground black pepper, or however much you want
04 - 0.5 tsp onion powder
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder

→ Oils and Fats

06 - 45 ml of your favorite oil (olive or veggie works)

→ Vegetables

07 - 450 g brussels sprouts, halved, stems cut off, cleaned up

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Right after cooking, toss on that last bit of parmesan. Get them onto the table while they’re piping hot.
02 - Give the basket a good shake to mix things around. Keep cooking for another 7 to 10 minutes till you see some crispy golden edges and they’re nice and soft inside.
03 - Dump the brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket. Let them cook for seven minutes.
04 - Get your air fryer going at 175°C for a couple of minutes to warm it up.
05 - In a big bowl, add the halved brussels sprouts. Pour in some oil, sprinkle garlic and onion powders, salt, pepper, and two tablespoons of parmesan. Mix it up so every sprout gets coated.
06 - Clean up the brussels sprouts, chop off the stems, slice them in half, and dry with a towel so they get nice and crispy.

# Additional Notes:

01 - If you want them softer, start at 160°C for around 7–10 minutes, then crank it to 175°C for a couple more minutes at the end to get those crispy bits. Your cooking time might change depending on your air fryer.
