07 - Fluffy cream topping
08 - Blue sugar crystals, for edging or dusting

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Wet the edge of your martini or tall glass with a bit of lemon or water. Roll it in blue sugar crystals. Put it aside.
02 - Fill your cocktail mixer with ice and pour in the raspberry stuff, blue raspberry liquid, coconut component, and your tangy mix.
03 - Shake hard for around 10-15 seconds till everything's cold and fully mixed together.
04 - Pour the bright blue mixture into your sugar-rimmed glass with fresh ice or straight up in a martini glass if you'd rather.
05 - Pour some fizzy lemon-lime drink on top to add bubbles and boost the taste.
06 - Top with a swirl of fluffy cream and sprinkle some blue sugar for that perfect 'Papa Smurf' look.
07 - Best when sipped right away while cold and fresh.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Add a tiny bit of blue coloring if you want a deeper blue than your syrup gives.
02 - Keep your ingredients cold before mixing for an extra refreshing sip.
03 - Try transparent ice to show off the pretty blue color better.
04 - Want more fruit taste? Crush some fresh or frozen raspberries at the bottom.
05 - Making for a party? Just multiply everything and add a whole bottle of soda with dollops of cream on top.
06 - For a creamier drink, go with coconut cream instead of the water version.
